📋 Description

• Serve as subject matter expert in contracting practices and supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions • Lead development and application of contract templates for supplier/subcontractor agreements • Advise on supplier and subcontractor terms and conditions for supply chain operations • Lead negotiations on terms and conditions, especially for complex or high-risk scopes of work • Support preparation and negotiation of NDAs, licensing agreements, teaming agreements, and master services/frame agreements • Guide supply chain personnel on company governance and procedural requirements • Perform final contract document reviews for Purchase Order execution and advise on concerns and required approvals • Interface with supply chain, Legal, and business teams on procurement terms and conditions and represent Procurement Contracts in management meetings • Support customer proposal development involving supply chain • Analyze customer contract requirements and develop commercial approaches/responses • Flow down applicable customer contract requirements to suppliers and subcontractors • Analyze contract trends and lessons learned and provide feedback to Legal & Compliance • Implement updates to assigned contract terms and conditions templates • Report to the Manager, Procurement Contracts in Legal & Compliance • Travel to support contract negotiations or meetings with Westinghouse partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years' experience in contract analysis, contract management, terms and conditions, project/risk management, engineering, and commercial procurement disciplines • Working knowledge of commercial practices • Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation principles • Knowledge of contracting structures and legal/contract terms and conditions • Knowledge of corporate/legal and compliance policies and directives • Procurement project management experience preferred • Contract negotiation experience in the power market preferred • Ability to travel 10% to support contract negotiations or meetings • Applicants must meet applicable United States and country export control requirements
