📋 Description

• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops • Set and manage customer expectations • Lead technical project teams delivering consulting services • Manage objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks, milestones, status, dependencies, and timelines • Ensure engagements are delivered successfully, on time, and aligned with business objectives • Break down complex problems and determine project approaches • Final edit and sign off on project deliverables • Present deliverables to client executive management • Support business development pursuits through client discovery meetings • Represent service offerings during sales cycles, including scoping, proposal development, and presentations • Develop customer relationships and present technical solutions to C-level executives • Develop and enhance AHEAD Advisory consulting and deployment offerings • Act as a technology thought leader and evangelist • Maintain knowledge of current and future IT trends, technologies, and standards • Mentor team members • Manage client engagements and act as liaison between clients and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level consulting experience • Minimum 15 years of experience as a senior information technology leader overseeing transformative modernization initiatives, such as cloud adoption, automation, platform engineering, or agile-at-scale adoption • Strong understanding of business measurement frameworks, such as OKRs • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle principles • Minimum of 8+ years of executive technology consulting experience • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar discipline • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated business acumen • Ability to solve complex, abstract problems • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with different personalities • Executive presence • Demonstrated experience as a technology change agent
