📋 Description

• Define customers' business requirements and current state of operations • Develop change management strategies aligning current and future operational states • Track achievement of requirements and adoption success • Develop ongoing customer partnerships and trusted-advisor status • Connect business requirements with functional capabilities of RealPage products • Formulate solution frameworks for successful implementations • Lead presale and implementation discovery discussions with customer stakeholders • Partner with Engagement Management on implementation project plans • Plan and manage system design with internal delivery teams • Plan and establish go-live activities for solution integration, training, and ongoing support • Mentor team members • Participate in team and department initiatives • Collaborate across internal business units on behalf of implementations • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to architect scalable, flexible, and resilient SaaS solutions • Provide strategic guidance throughout full lifecycle implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Multifamily experience • Expert level knowledge of multiple RealPage product families and integrations • Advanced level proficiency in all Consulting processes • Ability to engage and lead conversations with C-Level executives • Up to 15% travel required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently, multi-task, achieve tight deadlines and take ownership on multiple projects • Ability to operate a personal computer • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
