📋 Description

• Lead and deliver consultancy and systems engineering projects in Digital Building technologies • Ensure projects fulfill the Scope of Work and client objectives • Understand and develop customer requirements and business objectives • Collaborate with FPC, clients, and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs on time, within scope, and to quality and reliability standards • Advise on Digital Building and IoT systems integration, technologies, initiatives, solutions, processes, and standards • Design, develop, and implement Digital Building systems integrations • Work with BAS/BMS, automation systems, lighting control systems, and energy management systems • Apply controls strategies and protocols including BACnet, MQTT, Modbus, LON, and DALI • Use digital building systems, controls, and data analytics to optimize performance, reduce energy consumption, and identify faults • Integrate sustainable design into Digital Building architectures and standards • Implement cybersecurity best practices through audits, secure OT/IT integration, threat identification, incident response, and risk mitigation • Govern technology solutions for risk management, quality, and compliance • Support OT system and device management, updates, and vendor engagement • Maintain industry expertise and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation • Identify revenue opportunities and support business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Digital Building and IoT industry experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Controls, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong expertise in Digital Building Systems Integration design, development, and implementation • Knowledge of MEP Engineering Systems and Design Standards • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices • Knowledge of IP networking, including IPv4, IPv6, switching, routing, DHCP, and WiFi • Experience with system audits and technical evaluations • Knowledge of edge-to-cloud architectures • Knowledge of controls strategies, systems specifications and architectures, schematic drawings and wiring diagrams, descriptions of operations, point naming and addressing, and BMS, LCS, and EMS asset records • Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LON, DALI, and MQTT protocols • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience developing technical solutions aligned to client objectives • Competence using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office • Experience with cloud platforms and data analytics desirable • Familiarity with systems testing and commissioning, FDD, and automated commissioning systems desirable • Knowledge of OT and IT interoperability challenges and solutions desirable • Knowledge of RIBA Stages of Work or international equivalents desirable
