📋 Description

• Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support for Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service objectives • Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies by performing system checks/interrogations, supporting implants, troubleshooting issues, and applying CRM field training • Ensure accurate patient documentation, manage inventory and equipment resources, maintain programmer software, and assist with daily coverage logistics • Educate physicians, hospital staff, office personnel, and field team members on CRM products, therapies, and solutions • Support onboarding and development of new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives • Collaborate with sales leadership and field partners to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and Medtronic CRM product value • Identify customer opportunities, support purchase order activities, monitor competitive trends, and provide actionable feedback for sales objectives • Maintain technical expertise on CRM products, therapies, solutions, and patient management offerings • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to customer clinics, hospitals, and business meetings • Perform physical duties including lifting, sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and maintaining balance • Work in clinical environments involving eye protection, infectious disease, radiation, lead protection, computers, and mobile devices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma plus a minimum 6 years of work experience, or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum 4 years, or Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum 2 years • Work experience in healthcare, field sales, or utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing • Candidates must reside within the assigned Bridgeport, CT and Poughkeepsie, NY area • Frequent travel to customer accounts and approximately 80% independent driving • Availability for weekend, holiday, and occasional after-hours coverage • Valid driver's license • Active auto insurance • Driving record meeting company standards • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently with two hands • Ability to sit, stand, walk for 8+ hours per day, bend, stoop, squat, and maintain balance • Ability to work in clinical environments with eye protection, infectious disease, and radiation exposure • Ability to wear 7–9 lbs. of lead for extended periods • Ability to use computers and mobile devices and maintain vision capabilities necessary for patient care • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering • Preferred: 2+ years in a Cath lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic with cardiology knowledge • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry • Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications, including SalesForce.com • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements • Ability to coordinate and participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
