📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for Operating Unit/regional leaders and MCRS stakeholders • Build and manage strategic stakeholder relationships and internal collaboration • Identify opportunities for clinical evidence generation and new business • Facilitate strategic discussions and communicate service capabilities and offerings • Generate leads through networking and outreach • Manage service offerings, track progress, and analyze customer needs • Oversee proposal and negotiation processes, including potential outsourcing • Develop and execute strategic plans using data analysis, benchmarking, and market intelligence • Oversee portfolio-level deliverables, timelines, budgets, performance, quality, and financial status • Conduct service delivery performance reviews and drive continuous improvement • Manage portfolio-level risks and issues in collaboration with Quality and Compliance teams • Lead end-to-end issue resolution and ensure escalation and resolution of quality, safety, timeline, and budget issues • Provide leadership for clinical studies and regulatory affairs supporting product approval • Develop and implement regulatory strategies for timely worldwide product approvals • Ensure regulatory submissions are accurate and compliant • Represent Medtronic in clinical research matters within the country/region and collect feedback from customers and authorities • Lead local and global studies and manage clinical research projects across Medtronic therapies and businesses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of related clinical experience (3+ years with an advanced degree) • Experience in clinical research, clinical operations, strategic account management, business development, or portfolio management within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, CRO, or related life sciences organizations • Experience building and influencing relationships across complex, global matrix organizations and leading strategic customer or business partner engagements • Knowledge of clinical trials, evidence generation, regulatory requirements, quality systems, and compliance processes • Experience managing business performance, including budgets, forecasting, proposals, contracts, vendor oversight, and portfolio-level planning • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) or relevant certification (PMP), and experience developing business cases, growth strategies, or market assessments • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Candidates for roles below the Principal level must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
