📋 Description

• Support Ear, Nose and Throat therapies through surgical coverage, follow-up support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education • Represent Medtronic during surgical procedures and ensure required equipment and products are available • Support device selection, programming, implantation, and testing of device systems • Provide clinical support during surgeries and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics • Respond to technical inquiries from customers, patients, and colleagues • Maintain working knowledge of competitive products • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products and therapies • Assist Management and Sales Training with training new district employees • Complete required event reporting and documentation using Medtronic technology tools • Place orders for pending purchase orders and product replacements and collect purchase orders for covered cases • Manage inventory provided for case coverage • Contribute to quarterly goals for district and national initiatives • Partner with sales representatives to achieve territory and district business goals and document quarterly activities • Visit accounts to replenish literature and maintain relationships with office staff • Use mobile phone, iPad, and PC tools • Manage personal expenses and budget • Follow quality policies, work procedures, and quality-system requirements • Drive to multiple accounts throughout the Central Pennsylvania territory

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or Associate’s Degree with a minimum 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience • Reside within the assigned territory • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Ability to serve as primary resource for scheduled and unscheduled clinical events • Ability to work weekends, evenings, nights, and overnight travel when required • Ability to work efficiently and autonomously with little direction • Ability to attend national meetings, district meetings, and training • Ability to wear a 7–9 lbs protective lead apron for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8+ hours per day • Ability to bend/stoop, squat, and balance frequently • Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus • Ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
