📋 Description

• Report to the Clinical Systems Manager • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on athenaOne, Nabla, Impilo, and other software used by knownwell • Deliver training remotely and, when necessary, in person • Document workflows for all systems and keep procedures current with best practices and newly available functionality • Roll out new and updated workflows to team members • Monitor workflow adoption and adherence • Provide ongoing system support • Assist team members with troubleshooting and optimizing their use of each system

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on athenaOne implementation, training, or support experience • Deep understanding of athenaOne workflows and configuration options • Experience facilitating remote software training for end users and/or delivering new user onboarding • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong technical writing skills • Proven ability to document processes and workflows and create user-facing job aids and training materials • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement • Willing and able to travel up to 15% for in-person training sessions and support • Current authorization to work in the United States is asked in the application form • Experience with Athenahealth as an administrator or super user is asked in the application form
