📋 Description

• Execute US Aortic field inventory strategies and initiatives across Eastern PA through the Buffalo, NY area • Serve as the primary district liaison for inventory-related activities • Bridge communication among sales representatives, clinical specialists, district managers, customers, and internal partners • Drive inventory optimization, including redeployment, emergent case support, order fulfillment, short-dated inventory mitigation, stagnant inventory reduction, cycle counts, and accuracy improvement • Mobilize inventory during supply constraints to maintain business continuity • Manage customer consignment inventory health, performance, accuracy, and compliance • Conduct and reconcile cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies • Manage expired and short-dated products, returns, and replacements • Advise customers on inventory management, product handling, ordering, returns, and replenishment • Support consignment agreements and inventory schedules • Provide on-call support during critical business events • Travel regularly to customers and field teams to resolve operational challenges • Adhere to FDA regulations, SOPs, training requirements, and quality standards • Lead process improvement initiatives and implement solutions • Use data to identify trends, risks, and corrective actions • Report directly to the US Aortic Field Inventory Analyst organization • Leverage cross-training opportunities to build toward a cardiovascular clinical career path

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience • Degree earned outside the United States must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Strong problem-solving ability • Supply chain and inventory management expertise • Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to use technology and data to identify trends and inform decisions • Sound business judgment and ability to work under pressure • Ability to navigate regulated environments and ensure compliance • Valid driver's license with clean record • Ability to support overnight/long-distance travel when required, 25–50% • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level • Ability to comply with healthcare-setting credentialing requirements for patient-facing field work
