📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products • Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and procedures • Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures • Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives and achieve or exceed sales goals • Develop and cultivate customer relationships to generate incremental business • Partner with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities • Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other Cardiac Ablation Solutions products • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams • Represent Medtronic CAS products, services, and support to physicians and support staff • Serve as a regional champion to share expertise and improve proficiency in mapping technology • Reside within the assigned territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region • Travel outside the assigned territory occasionally, potentially overnight

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma plus minimum 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or associate degree plus 4 years, or bachelor’s degree plus 2 years • Related work experience must be in cardiac mapping and navigation • Preferred B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with minimum four years’ experience in a cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales • Proven track record with technical training assignments preferred • Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, hospital/clinic, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support preferred • Must reside within the assigned territory and be available for unscheduled needs each day • Must be able to travel outside the assigned territory occasionally, potentially overnight • Must drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory • Valid driver’s license required • Active vehicle insurance policy required • Driving record will be reviewed as part of the application • Ability to move throughout the facility and use a phone, keyboard, mouse, and personal computers • Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level • For foreign-earned baccalaureate degrees, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Must meet hospital or clinic credentialing requirements
