📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures • Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business • Partner with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities • Collaborate and strategize with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products • Collaborate and communicate with sales and clinical teams in the region • Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support • Serve as a regional champion to share mapping technology experience and influence others to become proficient • Drive to multiple accounts throughout the region • Travel outside the assigned territory occasionally, possibly overnight • Drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation • Proven track record with technical training assignments • Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support • Must reside within the assigned territory • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Driving record will be reviewed • Ability to freely move throughout the facility and use a phone, keyboard and mouse • Visually able to interact with personal computers • Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Roles below the Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
