📋 Description

• Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify Medtronic Hugo systems and related equipment • Provide technical support and service at customer and field locations • Analyze and evaluate product and system performance • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to minimize resolution time • Install, upgrade, and remove products while coordinating engineering field changes • Maintain effective customer communications and relationships • Provide onsite training to customer support personnel • Gather feedback on product performance and communicate with internal and external teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience • High school diploma or equivalent (United States) • Relevant experience in clinical field service or clinical customer support • Must reside in Baltimore, MD; Rochester, MN; St. Louis, MO; Louisville, KY; Pittsburgh, PA; Greenville, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Reno, NV; Detroit, MI; Kansas City, MO; Las Vegas, NV; Minneapolis, MN; or Tulsa, OK • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level • Willingness to travel frequently, potentially internationally, up to 75% • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills • Experience troubleshooting and repairing medical devices • Ability to apply electrical, mechanical, thermodynamic, and biomedical engineering principles • Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings • Familiarity with test equipment
