• Drive sales growth and market share by promoting the Respiratory & Monitoring Solutions portfolio • Promote the Acute Care & Monitoring portfolio to specialists and clinical/technical professionals • Manage, plan, organize, and administer the assigned territory • Plan and execute work to achieve or exceed sales targets • Provide product education and training to clinical end users and hospital staff • Gather market intelligence on products, pricing, promotions, and discounts • Develop new business opportunities • Establish and foster relationships with key opinion leaders individually and as part of the wider team • Follow up promptly and resolve customer/patient technical and product issues • Provide after-hours support when needed • Reside within the Maryland and Washington, D.C. territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2+ years of relevant experience • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Valid driver's license • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • 2+ years of hospital, medical device, healthcare technology, or clinical sales experience preferred • Proven success managing an individual sales quota and meeting or exceeding targets • Experience selling into acute care environments including ICU, Med/Surg floors, procedural sedation, perioperative care, or respiratory departments • Experience providing clinical education, product in-services, or customer training to healthcare professionals • Ability to prospect, open new business, and grow market share within an assigned territory
