📋 Description

• Provide technical, educational, and sales support for Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN), with emphasis on CathWorks FFRangio • Serve as the customer's first-line contact for CRDN daily operations at assigned accounts • Support regional CRDN sales strategy and implementation of sales plans • Work with sales representatives and managers across business units to achieve business plans • Assume primary sales responsibility when no other sales representative is assigned • Represent Medtronic during procedures and product implants, providing troubleshooting and technical assistance • Receive technical inquiries, research solutions, and address product selection and technical questions • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff through one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, seminars, and symposiums • Assist with training new Clinical Specialists and sales representatives • Provide train-the-trainer resources for hospital staff • Complete documentation and customer-service calls during and after cases • Update sales representatives on cases and promptly escalate issues requiring follow-up • Represent Medtronic to physicians and support staff regarding products, services, and support • Maintain current knowledge of CRDN, Medtronic products and services, programs, and competitive products • Maintain effective communication with district personnel, customers, and Medtronic employees • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma and 11 years clinical or sales experience in healthcare, OR Associate Degree and 9 years of clinical or sales experience in healthcare, OR Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of clinical or sales experience in healthcare • Relevant industry, healthcare, marketing, or medical education experience considered where there is specific focus on awareness and education or medical project management • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and system tracking • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and executing marketing programs • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry • Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills • Ability to effectively build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Ability to travel extensively; up to 70% within regions and approximately 80% of driving time within assigned territory • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit/stand/walk for eight-plus hours, wear 7–9 lbs. of lead for extended periods, and work around infectious disease and radiation • Ability to effectively use a mobile phone, PC, keyboard and mouse • Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Principal-level role requires compliance with applicable U.S. work authorization requirements
