• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the Maternal Infant Care modality • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians obtain optimal performance from GE HealthCare equipment • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers • Develop and administer clinical training for end-user personnel aligned with sales order agreements • Coordinate customer training with sales, project management, and service organization teams • Deliver on-site or remote clinical education • Complete documentation requirements from pre-training through post-training • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support • Support existing customers with additional training and product-enhancement implementation • Maintain customer relationships and communicate product or customer concerns and opportunities to management, sales, marketing, customer loyalty, and technical support teams • Manage travel and lodging budget and optimize travel strategies and cost savings • Submit expense reports and maintain complete records
• Active registered nursing license • Experience in NICU • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, 100+% (4–5 days per week, including some weekends) • Ability to travel within the US and Canada by car, air travel, train, and other transportation as necessary • Proficient use of Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based tools • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions • 10+ years of experience preferred • Level 3 NICU experience preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas
