• Provide detailed technical support for Superficial Venous Interventions products and procedures to physicians, nurses, and technicians • Train customers and potential audiences on the Closure System, VenaSeal, Closure Fast, RFS, RFG2, superficial venous ultrasound, and related supplies • Deliver ultrasound and product in-services, mock cases, case coverage, and field employee training • Provide case support and technical coverage for critical cases • Train and educate customers on products and associated procedures • Work with physicians and lab/office staff on case selection • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, develop solutions, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management • Support territory sales strategy through partnership with sales, in-servicing, market development, inventory support, PO collection, and technical case support • Educate and support CVG sales and clinical counterparts on peripheral products • Participate in company-sponsored training and educational offerings • Maintain technical knowledge and skills • Provide Research and Development feedback on product performance and potential improvements • Develop site-specific sales strategies with the Sales team for venous vascular products in the United States • Assist in developing tools and tactics to improve sales strategy effectiveness • Support hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as necessary • Keep the manager informed of schedule and workload changes • Adhere to financial, regulatory, and quality compliance standards
• High School Degree and 9+ years of experience, or Associate degree and 5+ years, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years • Ultrasound and/or venous experience preferred • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • PC literacy and expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating programs • Ability to coordinate and participate in numerous tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines • Strong work ethic • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification helpful but not mandatory • Ability to lift 20 pounds • Ability to use computers and CT reconstruction programming • Ability to travel extensively by car and plane • Valid driver’s license for state of residency and active vehicle insurance policy • Ability to wear a lead apron for 2–3 hours on average • Ability to work in Cath Labs or ORs with radiation exposure • Ability to travel by car or plane with overnight stays up to 50–75% of the time, depending on geography • Ability to conduct company business outside typical Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours • Ability to wear all required PPE • Ability to work in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices • For foreign baccalaureate degrees, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
