📋 Description

• Provide detailed technical support for Superficial Venous Interventions products and procedures • Train physicians, nurses, technicians, surgeons, radiologists, and other clinical audiences on Closure System and VenaSeal products • Deliver ultrasound in-services, product in-services, mock cases, case coverage, and field employee training • Provide technical case support and coverage for critical cases • Train and educate customers on products and associated procedures • Work with physicians and lab/office staff on case selection • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, develop solutions, prepare reports, and make management recommendations • Support territory sales strategy through sales partnership, in-servicing, market development, inventory support, purchase-order collection, and technical case support • Educate and support CVG sales and clinical counterparts on peripheral products • Participate in company-sponsored training and educational offerings • Maintain technical knowledge and skills • Provide Research and Development feedback on product performance issues and possible improvements • Develop site-specific sales strategies with the Sales team for venous vascular products in established U.S. accounts • Assist in developing tools and tactics to improve sales-strategy effectiveness • Support hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as needed • Keep the manager informed of work-schedule and workload changes • Adhere to financial, regulatory, and quality-compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree and 9+ years of experience, or Associate degree and 5+ years, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years • Ultrasound and/or venous experience preferred • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • PC literacy and expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels • Strong project-management skills and experience coordinating programs • Ability to coordinate and participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines • Strong work ethic • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification helpful but not mandatory • Ability to lift 20 pounds • Ability to use computers and CT reconstruction programming • Ability to travel extensively by car and plane • Valid driver’s license for state of residency and active vehicle insurance policy • Ability to wear a lead apron for long periods • Ability to work in Cath Labs or operating rooms with radiation exposure • Ability to travel by car or plane with overnight stays up to 50–75% of the time • Ability to work outside typical Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours • Ability to operate a moving vehicle • Ability to work in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level • Foreign baccalaureate degrees must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) requirements
