📋 Description

• Support one or more regional sales teams through market development, procedural coverage, troubleshooting, education and training, customer service, and follow-up • Develop and implement regional plans to increase market share and improve customer service quality • Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager and Territory Managers to execute plans and achieve quarterly objectives • Build relationships with hospital personnel, physicians, lab staff, lab supervisors, purchasing personnel, and prospective customers • Meet customers to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how Company products support patient-care goals • Educate customers on proper clinical use of Company products through presentations and demonstrations • Communicate product, therapy, technology, and industry developments to customers • Assist with professional education activities, employee training, and Continuing Education Programs • Provide clinical support for procedural case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and product follow-up • Report and track product incidents and collaborate with appropriate personnel to resolve problems • Respond to customer needs and complaints in collaboration with senior management, sales, and marketing • Prospect for customers, convert prospective users, and secure or renew orders • Coordinate product availability, delivery dates, and inventory levels • Maintain communication with customers regarding programs, promotions, and pricing trends • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System and applicable quality, security, privacy, and compliance regulations • Ensure department members follow applicable systems, regulations, standards, and procedures • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology, or related discipline • Additional training and certification in radiology, neuro-interventional technology, or related field • 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting or medical device company • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills • Ability to function in a busy, demanding, and competitive environment • Strong oral, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to prioritize assignments while handling multiple projects simultaneously • Must reside within the Los Angeles region while in the role • Ability to undertake 50%+ business travel • Occasional on-call availability required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week • Ability to wear 7–9 pounds of lead for extended periods in the angio suite • Ability to work around potential blood-borne pathogens • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds • Ability to move between buildings and floors • Ability to remain stationary and use a computer or standard office equipment for extended periods • Ability to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels
