• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio • Partner with physicians and care teams across peripheral arterial, venous, embolization, carotid, and fistula therapies • Support sales representatives with coverage for critical cases and technical support on safe, effective product use • Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, case support, and conference participation • Collaborate with sales representatives, managers, and cross-functional partners to execute district business plans and support revenue growth • Deliver responsive technical and procedural support for urgent customer needs and complex cases • Build relationships with physicians, administrators, clinicians, and key decision-makers to expand therapy utilization • Identify customer needs, address objections, and communicate market feedback and product insights • Manage inventory performance through audits, discrepancy resolution, consignment support, and product-availability optimization • Coordinate product launches, inventory transitions, and field initiatives • Support inventory management, purchase order collection, training initiatives, and other operational processes • Perform other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma plus a minimum 11 years of work experience, or associate's degree plus a minimum 9 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 7 years • Work experience in healthcare, field sales, or utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating programs • Ability to coordinate and participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines • Must reside within the assigned territory • Ability to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 50% of the time • Valid driver's license, active insurance, and driving record meeting company standards required • Ability to work and/or travel outside standard business hours, including limited evening and weekend coverage • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently with two hands • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 8+ hours per day and regularly bend, stoop, squat, and maintain balance • Ability to work in clinical environments with eye protection, infectious disease, and radiation exposure • Ability to wear 7–9 lbs. of lead for extended periods • Computer and mobile-device proficiency • Vision capabilities necessary to support patient care and field-based responsibilities • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment is required for roles below Principal level; this Principal-level role may qualify for U.S. sponsorship under stated policy
