📋 Description

• Oversee, design, plan, and develop clinical evaluation research studies • Prepare and author protocols and patient record forms • Conduct registered and non-registered clinical studies of medical products • Oversee and interpret clinical investigation results for new drug, device, or consumer applications • Oversee and resolve operational aspects of clinical trials with project teams • Adhere to SOPs, GCP, and country-specific regulations • Prepare clinical trial budgets as needed • Manage clinical supply operations • Select clinical sites and vendors • Represent Medtronic in clinical research matters within the country or region • Collect feedback from local customers and authorities • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Drive local evidence dissemination and awareness • Assume project management responsibilities for selected studies and site management activities • Mentor colleagues or direct the work of lower-level professionals as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Knowledge of Medtronic systems • Understanding of clinical quality and regulatory environments • Experience in the medical device industry • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice (GCP), and specific country regulations
