📋 Description

• Oversee, design, plan, and develop clinical evaluation research studies • Prepare and author protocols and patient record forms • Conduct registered and non-registered clinical studies of products addressing medical needs or commercial potential • Oversee and interpret clinical investigation results for new drug, device, or consumer applications • Oversee and resolve clinical-trial operational aspects with project teams according to SOPs, GCP, and country regulations • Prepare clinical trial budgets as needed • Manage clinical supply operations, site selection, and vendor selection as needed • Assume project management responsibilities for selected studies and site management activities • Represent Medtronic in clinical research within the country or region • Collect feedback from local customers and authorities • Build and maintain relationships and collaborations with internal and external parties • Drive local evidence dissemination and awareness • Mentor colleagues or direct the work of lower-level professionals as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Knowledge of Medtronic systems • Understanding of clinical Quality and Regulatory environments • Experience in the Medical Device Industry • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
