• Provide day-to-day field clinical study support for Transcatheter Mitral Valve and Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve clinical programs • Provide technical, educational and case support to investigators, physicians, hospital personnel and staff • Manage, coordinate and train clinical study sites • Conduct on-site education and/or consulting • Support field personnel in delivering customer outcomes and service • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute enrollment plans • Participate in conventions, forums and meetings to increase product awareness • Support customer cases and education with Therapy Development Management • Identify and facilitate growth opportunities with the Clinical Support Team • Serve as a technical resource for Medtronic medical products and solutions • Assist with clinical study procedures and Intrepid TMVR/TTVR device preparation and case support • Troubleshoot devices and systems and advise on device suitability and patient selection • Provide support involving echo, angiography and CT imaging modalities • Provide clinical-site feedback for engineering designs and product enhancements • Develop and maintain customer relationships and enrollment support with assigned sites • Establish relationships with principal investigators, research coordinators, OR/Cath Lab staff, nursing units, decision makers and administrative staff • Coordinate patient screening and enrollment materials with review committees and/or sponsor • Coordinate product shipping and returns according to Medtronic policy • Help develop and deliver physician training materials, simulator and benchtop training, didactic sessions and case studies • Educate and train customer sites through one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, seminars and symposiums • Provide training and resources for procedure certification and activation • Educate, mentor and train internal Medtronic employees
• High school diploma/degree and minimum 8 years of clinical support, or associate degree and minimum 6 years of clinical support, or bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of clinical support, or advanced degree and minimum 2 years of clinical support • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and for duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level • Ability to travel approximately 75%, including international travel and overnight stays • Experience with echocardiographic imaging of the mitral and/or tricuspid valve preferred • Experience using CT segmentation and analysis software preferred • Experience with trans-septal procedures, including TMVR or LAAC, preferred • Clinical research experience, including coordinating multi-center trials, preferred • Experience presenting, writing and teaching clinical and medical information preferred • Experience with group presentations and interventional/surgical cardiac procedures preferred • Experience with Good Clinical Practice and/or regulatory compliance guidelines preferred • Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project or similar scheduling software, and project management techniques and tools • Ability to work in Cath Labs or Operating Rooms with radiation exposure • Ability to conduct company business outside typical Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm schedule • Ability to lift 20 pounds • Ability to use computers and CT reconstruction programming • Ability to travel extensively by car and plane • Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours/day • Ability to wear a lead apron for 2-3 hours on average • Ability to operate a moving vehicle • Must wear required personal protective equipment • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy; driving record will be reviewed • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) requirements
