• Drive adoption of new vascular therapies and grow sales and market share in the assigned territory • Train, educate, sell, and provide in-servicing for new vascular products and therapies • Develop new accounts and drive adoption of PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and future products • Manage territory organization, planning, administration, and expenses ethically • Meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets • Develop and execute sales plans and market development plans • Identify, evaluate, and convert target accounts to increase market share • Build relationships with decision makers, customers, administrators, and Key Opinion Leaders • Train medical staff and educate customers on products, features, and procedures • Plan cases with physicians, manage expectations, and support cases to improve outcomes • Engage physicians in clinical conversations about therapies and products • Deliver sales and product presentations, overcome objections, gain commitments, and close business • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, finance, and the Vascular Field team • Communicate market intelligence, competitor activity, sales leads, pricing, and account activity • Maintain technical, clinical, competitive-product, and reimbursement knowledge • Participate in product and skills development programs
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 12+ years’ experience, or Associate’s Degree and 10+ years’ experience, or Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years’ experience • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required for roles below Principal level; this Principal-level role may qualify for sponsorship under Medtronic policy • 8+ years of experience selling medical devices/therapies in hospital/OR settings or medical capital equipment preferred • Proven track record in new product launches preferred • Demonstrated success in sales hunting, developing new accounts, and driving market penetration preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Business preferred • Deep knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols and conduct preferred • Ability to teach, train, and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support teams on new devices and therapies • Consistent top-tier performance, such as Top 10% or President’s Club recognition, preferred • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Ability to comply with healthcare-setting credentialing requirements • Ability to meet the physical demands and essential functions of the role, with reasonable accommodations as applicable
