📋 Description

• Provide advanced clinical expertise and hands-on procedural support for new vascular technologies • Deliver urgent and high-priority case coverage for PVH carotid, thrombectomy, and new vascular therapies • Support adoption and utilization of new technologies through best practices, training, and technical guidance • Assess customer needs and address objections to maximize the value of vascular solutions • Partner with Therapy Development Representatives and vascular field teams to optimize case support and business execution • Support market development and new account launch strategies • Drive growth, utilization, and reorder activity, especially in new accounts • Provide clinical insight for account strategy and competitive positioning • Educate and train physicians, nurses, and clinical staff through in-services and presentations • Deliver ongoing education and technical support for new products • Conduct hospital and clinic visits to support sales and service objectives • Lead and support training events and product demonstrations • Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, administrators, and staff • Drive physician adoption through sustained education and case support • Gather feedback on new products and communicate insights to leadership • Ensure compliance with consignment, inventory, and credentialing requirements • Provide after-hours case support, including weeknights and weekends • Travel within the assigned territory at least 70% of the time, with overnight travel as needed • Report to the Area Therapy Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years • Clinical Specialist expertise in carotid, embolic, and/or thrombectomy therapies preferred • Experience supporting new therapy adoption and driving utilization growth preferred • Strong medical device and vascular knowledge preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred • Valid driver’s license required • Must reside within the assigned territory • Ability to drive to multiple accounts throughout the region • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as determined by local management • Domestic travel exceeding 70%, including possible overnight travel • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Ability to meet hospital and clinic credentialing requirements
