📋 Description
• Handles client inquiries by gathering information through inquisitive questioning to identify the nature of the problem • Troubleshoots product and training related questions • Support and training are provided to clients via phone, email, and live chat • Document the issue in Salesforce and offering a resolution
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree preferred • Reliable Internet Service Provider • Excellent communication skills • 0- 5 years exp in customer service-related role • Tech savvy • Salesforce exp a plus!
