📋 Description

• Obtain patient insurance information • Contact insurance companies to verify insurance coverage and ensure necessary procedures are covered • Enter patient benefit information accurately and ensure existing information is correct • Enter notes on upcoming appointments • Work with offices and Call Center Representatives communicating changes in patients’ insurance • Following up with monthly eligibility until surgery has been performed

🎯 Requirements

• Dental Medicaid verification experience a must • Texas Medicaid/MCO verification experience • Arizona Medicaid/MCO verification experience • Utah Medicaid/MCO verification experience • Must be excellent at multitasking • Must be very detail-oriented • Strong communicator with the ability to problem-solve • Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and maturity. • Working knowledge of Microsoft, and ability to utilize spreadsheets • 2 years of dental experience • Previous Insurance experience preferred
