📋 Description
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the child or adolescent and their family dynamics. • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. • Provide weekly individual therapy to youth. • Offer clinical support and guidance to parents, guardians, and caregivers in the home setting. • Collaborate with treatment team members and referring agencies. • Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes. • Participate in biweekly supervision with the Director of Counseling Services.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in a recognized mental health discipline. • Appropriate licensure or certification (LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC). • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, behavioral interventions, and family systems. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for travel to client homes). • Successful completion of background checks and required clearances (e.g., criminal history, child abuse). • Maintenance of personal malpractice insurance coverage throughout employment.
