📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or related clinical services. • Ability to manage a full-time caseload of 22+ sessions per week. • Comfort delivering telehealth services using secure video platforms. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain timely documentation. • Commitment to a therapist-centered model that values balance, autonomy, and high-quality care. • Willingness to participate in brief internal surveys and collaborative improvement efforts. • Completion of required supervised clinical hours for licensure (pre-licensed and fully licensed clinicians may be considered depending on organizational needs).
