📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team dedicated to supporting a key customer • Oversee day-to-day inside sales activities • Drive order and program management • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve processes • Manage the execution, requirements, and maintenance of specialized customer programs • Issue customer quotations, proactively follow up on results • Arrange and deliver team training based on new operational requirements • Ability to travel as needed to support business objectives (up to 30%)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. • Progressive experience in customer operations or inside sales. • Prior experience directly leading and developing customer service teams in a fast-paced environment.
