📋 Description

• Design realistic educational scenarios and tasks based on day-to-day education work • Review and compare AI-generated educational outputs for accuracy, standards alignment, grade-level appropriateness, and pedagogical judgment • Create structured examples reflecting educators’ reasoning • Provide written feedback to improve AI performance on teaching and instructional tasks • Collaborate asynchronously with the research team • Contribute to task design, evaluation, and structured feedback on AI educational outputs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in education • Bachelor's degree in Education or a subject-matter field • Comfortable with common classroom and instructional tools, including Google Classroom, Canvas, SIS platforms such as PowerSchool, and assessment and curriculum platforms • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Experience may include K-12 or higher-education teaching, curriculum/instructional design, assessment, special education, tutoring, or related fields • State teaching license/certification, National Board Certification, or advanced degree preferred but not required • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
