📋 Description

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on finance Excel tasks • Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks based on professional experience • Write accurate, well-structured solutions • Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions • Provide clear, written feedback • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise • Advanced formulas including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and dynamic arrays • PivotTables, financial modeling, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA • Hands-on professional finance experience in private equity, investment banking, hedge funds, equity research, accounting, or FP&A • Experience with three-statement models, LBO/DCF and valuation, and forecasting • Demonstrable career progression • Ability to engage reliably for 40 hours/week on weekdays through the end of September, then 20 hours/week thereafter • Verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • United States-based only • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship
