📋 Description

• Complete an approximately 15-minute written intake about compliance practice • Describe day-to-day workflows, time allocation, and workflows core to the role • Explain how experienced practitioners divide the compliance and financial-crime field • Provide concrete examples of where AI gets compliance work wrong based on personal casework • Identify invisible aspects of compliance work that outsiders and project designers tend to miss • Shape the scope of future compliance engagements for AI labs and research organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Practicing or recently practicing compliance and financial-crime professional • Experience may be in first line, second line, internal audit, or external advisory • Domain experience in KYC/CDD and client onboarding, transaction monitoring and AML investigations, sanctions and screening, fraud and disputes, trade and communications surveillance, conduct and consumer-protection compliance, regulatory reporting and change, or compliance testing and assurance • CAMS, CGSS, CFCS, CFE, CRCM, an ICA diploma, or FINRA registrations preferred • Deep domain experience without a credential is equally welcome • Willingness to write detailed, specific responses about the mechanics of the work • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time • Must work as an independent contractor
