📋 Description

• Complete and narrate real graphic design tasks on a Mac • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Work through real design workflows to benchmark and improve cutting-edge AI models • Clearly explain creative decisions during task execution • Complete a brief AI interviewer conversation and paid assessment during onboarding • Work independently on projects that may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional or freelance graphic design experience, or currently enrolled postgrad design student • Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher • Applicants without a Mac cannot be considered • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, or Canva • Experience with branding, layout, typography, and visual communication • Portfolio is a plus • Currently pursuing or recently completed Masters studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelors from a prestigious institution • Ability to clearly explain creative decisions while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship
