📋 Description

• Complete and narrate real industrial and manufacturing engineering tasks on a Mac • Work through process, operations, and production engineering workflows • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Support a research project with a leading AI lab • Explain engineering decisions and reasoning while working • Submit a resume and complete a 3-minute AI interviewer conversation • Complete a brief paid assessment • Work approximately 10–20 hours per week • Begin immediately if possible

🎯 Requirements

• Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher • Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering, or a related field • Experience with process design, lean/Six Sigma, production planning, quality control, or supply chain analysis • Experience using spreadsheets, CAD, process-mapping, or statistical tools • Currently pursuing or recently completed Masters studies, or 2–3 years of relevant professional experience plus a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution • Ability to clearly explain engineering decisions while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
