📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real field marketing or events experience • Define what each task tests, including planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong responses • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against practitioner standards • Create tasks involving diagnosis of messy or conflicting data, prioritization and tradeoffs, planning and execution, QA and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across tools • Work on field marketing scenarios including event follow-up, sponsorship decisions, regional pipeline recovery, and joint planning against a named account list • Contribute to AI systems training and enhancement projects at Mercor

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in field marketing or events • Experience running a region against a sales number, not only executing logistics • Comfortable using a CRM such as Salesforce • Comfortable using a project tracker such as Asana or Linear • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Completion of a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate, as Mercor cannot support these candidates • Must work as an independent contractor
