📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on real field marketing or events experience • Identify what each task tests, including planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make • Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against practitioner standards • Work on tasks involving diagnosis of messy or conflicting data, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration • Develop environments covering event follow-up, sponsorship decisions, regional pipeline recovery, and joint planning against a named account list • Help train and enhance AI systems for Mercor's AI lab and enterprise partners

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in field marketing or events • Experience running a region against a sales number, beyond executing logistics • Comfortable using a CRM such as Salesforce • Comfortable using a project tracker such as Asana or Linear • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Must complete a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Independent contractor engagement • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
