📋 Description

• Design task briefs based on actual organic growth work, including the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach • Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic tasks • Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones • Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against practitioner standards • Create and assess tasks involving diagnosis of messy or conflicting data, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across tools • Contribute to Organic Growth environments covering search and answer-engine visibility, content-led acquisition, technical and on-page diagnosis, keyword and topic prioritization, web and pricing journey optimization, and organic-traffic funnel diagnosis • Work on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in organic growth or SEO/AEO; owned this work rather than only managing people who do it • Fluency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, and a CMS such as Contentful • Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies strongly preferred • Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification strongly preferred • Clear written reasoning and ability to explain why a decision is right • Completion of a short multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to the sub-domain • Independent contractor engagement • Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate at this time
