📋 Description

• Compare AI-generated songs head-to-head on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality • Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics • Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy • Evaluate generative music AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab • Work in Russian and English while following detailed quality standards • Complete the application and Bilingual Competency Interview in Russian • Provide services as an independent contractor • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Russian • Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English • 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer • Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening • Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition is nice to have • Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work is nice to have • Broad familiarity with contemporary Russian genres, sub-genres, and artists is nice to have • Independent contractor engagement • Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate
