📋 Description

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses to challenging quantitative finance prompts • Work from provided input files and review each model’s reasoning process • Determine which model output is superior • Explain why one output outperforms another, citing methodological soundness, correctness, and quantitative reasoning quality • Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior • Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions • Support training of frontier AI models on quantitative reasoning about markets, derivatives, and risk

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in quantitative finance, including hedge fund, quant trading, derivatives, risk, or equity research • Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative field such as Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Economics, or equivalent industry experience • Comfortable programming in Python, including NumPy/pandas, for modeling and analysis • Excellent written communication and high attention to detail • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship
