📋 Description

• Participate in a paid AI design research study with a major technology company • Capture how expert designers approach problems, evaluate craft quality, critique work, and decide when designs are ready to ship • Participate in structured, recorded remote sessions • Depending on fit, serve as the expert being interviewed or conduct the interview • Complete approximately 4–5 hours per task/interview, including preparation and a short review afterward • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems • Submit a portfolio for study-fit assessment; portfolios will not be used for model training

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level design experience in product, UX, brand, or adjacent craft disciplines • Clear point of view on design quality, critique, and shipping standards • Portfolio you can share; a website link is ideal • Only work that can be shared publicly; no confidential, unreleased, or NDA-covered material • Must work as an independent contractor • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
