📋 Description

• Participate in a paid AI design research study with a major technology company • Explain how expert designers approach problems and assess design quality • Discuss distinctions between strong and weak design craft • Explain how design readiness for shipping is determined • Depending on fit, be interviewed as the design expert or conduct the interview • Complete approximately 4–5 hours per task/interview, including preparation and post-interview review • Collaborate on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems • Share portfolio materials solely for study-fit assessment

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level design experience in product, UX, brand, or adjacent craft disciplines • Clear point of view on design quality, critique, and shipping standards • Shareable portfolio, ideally a website link • Only publicly shareable work; no confidential, unreleased, or NDA-covered material • Must work as an independent contractor • Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate • Ability to complete structured, recorded remote sessions • Legal authorization requirements exclude H1-B and STEM OPT candidates
