📋 Description

• Participate in structured, recorded remote sessions for an AI design tooling research study • Depending on fit, either serve as the expert being interviewed or conduct the interview • Prepare before each task or interview • Complete a short review afterward • Share how expert designers approach problems, evaluate design quality, critique work, and determine shipping readiness • Complete approximately 4–5 hours per task or interview • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level design experience in product, UX, brand, or adjacent craft disciplines • Clear point of view on design quality, critique, and shipping standards • Portfolio available to share, ideally via website link • Only publicly shareable work; no confidential, unreleased, or NDA-covered material • Independent contractor engagement • Must be able to work without access to confidential or proprietary information from another employer, client, or institution • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
