📋 Description

• Support a research project with a leading AI lab • Complete and narrate real software development tasks on a Mac • Build, debug, refactor, and review code • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Complete a brief AI interviewer conversation and paid assessment during onboarding • Work approximately 10–20 hours per week • Begin immediately if preferred

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional coding experience, or currently enrolled postgraduate Computer Science student • Must own a MacBook or Mac with Apple M-series chip or Intel processor • Must run macOS 15 or higher • Applicants without a Mac cannot be considered • Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Java, or Go • Comfortable using VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git, and package managers on macOS • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master’s studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious institution • Ability to clearly explain reasoning while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
