📋 Description

• Complete and narrate real software development tasks on a Mac • Build, debug, refactor, and review code • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Submit a resume and complete a 3-minute AI interviewer conversation • Complete a brief paid assessment • Receive follow-up communication regarding application status and next steps • Work as an independent contractor on projects that may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher • Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Java, or Go • Comfortable with VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git, and package managers on macOS • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or have 2–3 years of relevant professional coding experience plus a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution • Ability to clearly explain reasoning while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
