📋 Description

• Complete and narrate real software development tasks on a Mac • Build, debug, refactor, and review code • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Work through real development workflows to benchmark and improve cutting-edge AI models • Submit a resume and complete a 3-minute AI interview • Complete a brief paid assessment • Work approximately 10–20 hours per week on an independently managed schedule • Receive follow-up communication regarding application status and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor • macOS 15 or higher • Applicants without a Mac cannot be considered • Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift, Java, or Go • Comfortable with VS Code, Xcode, Terminal, Git, and package managers on macOS • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution • 2–3 years of professional coding experience, or currently enrolled postgraduate Computer Science student • Ability to clearly explain reasoning while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
