📋 Description

• Define excellent digital product design work by designing task-specific grading criteria • Create grading criteria for design systems, component libraries, responsive UI layouts, dashboards, product flows, customer portals, UX writing, product content, and design-to-engineering handoff • Score AI-generated and human work samples against the criteria • Provide detailed written justifications for every score • Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so scores are reproducible and defensible • Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly • Work on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX, or design systems for real digital products • Experience with real digital products rather than brand or marketing sites • Background at leading digital-product or UX studios, in-house product-design teams at major product-led companies, or sophisticated e-commerce and marketplace companies • Experience in product/UI/design systems design, UX leadership, UX writing/content design, or digital product/business analysis • Fluency in interaction and visual design, design systems, responsive layouts, end-to-end product flows, prototyping, and production handoff in Figma • Ability to articulate critique as a design or UX lead would in a review • Exceptionally strong written communication • Detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable having judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers • Prior AI training, evaluation, or human-data project experience is a strong plus • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
