📋 Description

• Complete a structured approximately 30-minute online survey • Share perspectives on evaluating and selecting systemic treatments for patients with prostate cancer • Submit all responses within the given timeline

🎯 Requirements

• Urologist or medical oncologist with an MD or DO • Board certified in your specialty • Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license • Practice primarily in the United States • Spend at least 25% of your professional time in direct patient care • Have cared for prostate-cancer patients in the past 12 months, including at least one patient with metastatic hormone-sensitive (mHSPC) or castration-resistant (mCRPC) prostate cancer • Regularly manage metastatic prostate cancer, with primary or shared responsibility for selecting systemic treatment • Able to independently complete a ~30-minute online survey • Not have taken part in prostate-cancer market research in the past 3 months • Neither the participant nor their immediate family may work for a pharmaceutical, diagnostics, market research, or advertising company, a wholesaler, or a specialty pharmacy
