📋 Description

• Provide holistic mental healthcare, including diagnostic and medication management • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patients' needs using best practices and clinical guidelines • Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records according to legal and ethical standards • Help shape treatment philosophy and develop clinical policies and procedures • Focus on clinical work while the company handles client acquisition, billing, support, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license in Delaware (required) • Active Delaware DEA license (required) • Currently carry or be willing to obtain independent malpractice liability insurance • Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18+) • Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform • Private and professional environment for conducting sessions • Excellent written communication • Reliable Internet connection • Currently residing in the US • Experience prescribing stimulant and non-stimulant medication when necessary and following federal and state laws
