📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution for systems, workflows, and processes powering Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management • Translate business problems into rapidly shipped technical solutions • Rebuild the revenue stack AI-first through automation, scoring, and agent-driven workflows • Use AI in the development of revenue systems • Hands-on design and building of solutions alongside the team • Translate between business objectives and technical architecture • Lead and grow a team of admins, engineers, and architects • Deliver value on imperfect foundations while improving them over time • Develop stakeholder and partner relationships, build consensus, and drive impact

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years working in and around revenue systems, GTM systems, or revenue architecture in a B2B environment • Ideally experience within a revenue organization of 250+ sellers • 5+ years managing teams • Experience at a product-led company with a sales or revenue motion layered on top • Track record of taking business problems end to end: ingesting, designing, implementing, and shipping quickly • Hands-on experience deploying AI into GTM systems • Salesforce fluency is useful • Experience as a product manager, systems builder, or operator with self-taught technical skills is valued • Proven change leadership through significant shifts in team ways of working • Strong conviction and communication skills • Ability to influence senior leaders while staying close to the work
