📋 Description

• Create buy-in for the product vision and strategy with leadership and internal partners. • Shape and own the product tech roadmap with input from senior leadership and stakeholders. • Efficiently manage the product backlog by prioritizing and making trade-offs between customer experience, performance, and operational load or competing features. • Drive decision making and product launches in partnership with engineering, UX, operations, business development, third party vendors and other cross-functional teams. • Regularly update stakeholders and customers on the roadmap and product status. • Utilize data, usability studies, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies. • Establish and track key metrics for product success. • Develop clear business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture. • Work efficiently with engineering team to deliver key product features and manage delivery risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in product management. • 5+ years product management and/or product design. • 5+ years managing complex initiatives from initiation to completion using product management processes and best practices. • Experience in defining and implementing product metrics to track performance and success. • Experience handling all stages of product delivery. • Experience contributing to tech discussions and product strategy. • Experience managing technical products or online services. • Experience representing various customers and stakeholders during planning. • 5+ years Mobile/Web experience with UX flow definition preferred. • Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred.
