📋 Description

• Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding • Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing • Conduct prototypes and develop functional specifications • Perform data mapping and function mapping • Set configuration tables and transaction/control tables • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for business functions • Identify and resolve gaps in business processes • Participate in security/authorization setup and user documentation • Design data interfaces • Support data migration and reconciliation • Participate in installation and tuning of modifications and archiving data • Develop necessary workarounds using light programming skills

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of Eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience • Lawson S3 development experience strongly desired • Strong supply chain and finance experience preferred • Lawson administration experience preferred • Deep understanding of information systems, business processes, key drivers, and measures of success for the relevant business • Deep knowledge of requirements management, diagramming, and use case development • Deep knowledge in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies • Experience in the design and production of quality deliverables • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle • Strong vendor relationship skills • Skilled in Project Management and ability to manage small to intermediate projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills
